These terms govern the use of Shape01 and its related services.
Using the service constitutes agreement to these terms and the privacy policy.
1. General
The platform is intended for users over the age of 14 unless parental or guardian consent is explicitly provided.
Shape01 may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect upon publication.
2. Purchases and Cancellations
No refunds are issued after purchasing services, subscriptions or packages unless otherwise required by law.
Subscriptions may be cancelled, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for any harm or personal risk resulting from use of the service.
Content inside Shape01 does not replace professional advice from a doctor, dietitian or another licensed expert.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including video, images, documents, text and audio assets, is protected by copyright and related rights.
Copying, distributing, sharing or reusing content without written permission is prohibited.
5. Unauthorized Use
Commercial use without permission, distribution to third parties, hacking attempts, malware or other illegal activity is prohibited.
Violations may result in suspension, termination and legal action.
6. Privacy and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided As Is, and Shape01 is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from its use.
